Music Therapy for Individuals

Like That Song Music Therapy provides neurologic music therapy sessions for individuals. After an initial assessment, the therapist will make recommendations for treatment. Sessions may focus on goal areas such as fine and gross motor functioning, communication skills, social/emotional functioning, cognitive skills, and self-expression. IEP-Based Music Therapy

Neurologic Music Therapy is recognized as a related service through the Individual Education Program (IEP). Like That Song Music Therapy provides consultation, direct intervention, demonstration, and development of resources to assist in the educational progress.
